• Account information: email address, name, and exam preferences (TEF/TCF/TEFAQ, target CLB level)
• Practice data: written responses, audio recordings during oral practice sessions, exam scores, and AI-generated feedback
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details
• Usage data: session timestamps, practice frequency, and feature usage

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the practice and scoring service
• Track your progress and personalize recommendations
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Respond to support inquiries

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting (stores your account and practice data)
• Google Gemini: AI model for scoring and oral practice (your text and audio are sent for processing)
• Stripe: payment processing
• Vercel: frontend hosting
• Railway: backend hosting

4. Audio Recordings

During oral practice sessions, your microphone audio is streamed in real time to Google Gemini for AI processing. Audio is not permanently stored on our servers. Transcripts of conversations may be stored to track your progress and provide feedback.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and practice history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your practice data
