1. Service Description

AmiGrade provides AI-powered practice and coaching for the TEF Canada, TCF Canada, and TEFAQ French language exams. Our service simulates exam conditions and provides automated scoring and feedback using artificial intelligence. AmiGrade is not affiliated with or endorsed by the organizations that administer these exams.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use AmiGrade. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AmiGrade offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and are non-refundable after 14 days.

4. AI-Generated Content

Scores, feedback, and evaluations provided by AmiGrade are generated by artificial intelligence and are for practice purposes only. They do not guarantee any specific result on actual exams. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. AmiGrade is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated scores or feedback.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute exam prompts
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with the operation of the service

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including account sharing. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

AmiGrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmiGrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AmiGrade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
